\u5982\u662f\u5730\u89ba\u77e5\u6b64\u6642\u6b64\u523b\u7684\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u611f\u89ba\u3001\u60c5\u7dd2\u3001\u60f3\u6cd5\u3001\u884c\u7232\u548c\u7d93\u6b77\u3002<\/p><p>\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u300d\uff08Self-Compassion\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u751f\u547d\u614b\u5ea6\uff1a\u7576\u9762\u5c0d\u4eba\u751f\u7684\u56f0\u96e3\u548c\u75db\u82e6\u6642\uff0c\u80fd\u5e36\u8457\u5584\u610f\uff0c\u6eab\u67d4\u5730\u7167\u9867\u7576\u4e0b\u9762\u5c0d\u56f0\u82e6\u7684\u81ea\u5df1\u3002\u00a0<\/p><p>\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u300d\u662f\u7576\u4f60\u9047\u5230\u56f0\u96e3\u3001\u906d\u9047\u5931\u6557\u3001\u611f\u5230\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u6216\u751a\u81f3\u8a0e\u53ad\u81ea\u5df1\u6642\uff0c\u7528\u50cf\u5c0d\u5f85\u4f60\u8981\u597d\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u6216\u89aa\u4eba\u90a3\u6a23\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u548c\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5584\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1\u3002\u00a0<\/p><p>\u7c21\u55ae\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u300c\u975c\u89c0\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u300d\uff08Mindful Self-Compassion\uff09 \u53ef\u8aaa\u662f\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u6eff\u6709\u6eab\u60c5\u7684\u975c\u89c0\u3002<\/p><p>\u975c\u89c0\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u4e09\u5927\u8981\u7d20\uff1a\u5584\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u5171\u901a\u4eba\u6027\uff0c\u975c\u89c0\u7576\u4e0b<\/p><ol><li><h4><strong> \u5584\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1 (Self-kindness)<\/strong><\/h4><\/li><\/ol><p>\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u5f37\u8abf\u7576\u6211\u5011\u611f\u5230\u75db\u82e6\u3001\u5931\u6557\u6216\u8005\u611f\u89ba\u75db\u82e6\u6642\uff0c\u4ee5\u6eab\u60c5\u800c\u9ad4\u8ad2\u7684\u5fc3\u614b\u5584\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1\uff1b\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4ee5\u81ea\u6211\u6279\u8a55\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c\u7121\u8996\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u8cac\u7f70\u81ea\u5df1\u3002<\/p><p>\u7576\u6211\u5011\u8e10\u884c\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6df1\u5207\u9ad4\u6703\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u4e0d\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u6703\u6709\uff08\u4e5f\u63a5\u7d0d\u81ea\u5df1\uff09\u5931\u6557\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5728\u4eba\u751f\u8def\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e5f\u5fc5\u7136\u9047\u4e0a\u56f0\u96e3\u8207\u75db\u82e6\uff1b\u6240\u4ee5\u7576\u9762\u81e8\u7406\u60f3\u8207\u73fe\u5be6\u9593\u7684\u843d\u5dee\u6642\uff0c\u9047\u5230\u4ee4\u4eba\u56f0\u82e6\u7684\u5883\u6cc1\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u6eab\u67d4\u5730\u5c0d\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u81ea\u8cac\u548c\u5984\u4f5c\u6279\u8a55\u3002<\/p><p>\u4eba\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u6c38\u9060\u90fd\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u4ed6\u6240\u60f3\u8981\u7684\u3002\u7576\u7121\u8996\u73fe\u5be6\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u8207\u4e0d\u80fd\u6539\u8b8a\u7684\u56f0\u82e6\u5c0d\u6297\uff0c\u75db\u82e6\u5c31\u6703\u4ee5\u58d3\u529b\u3001\u6cae\u55aa\u548c\u81ea\u6211\u6279\u8a55\u7684\u5f62\u614b\u64f4\u5f35\u3002<\/p><p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7576\u6211\u5011\u5e36\u8457\u540c\u60c5\u8207\u5584\u610f\u53bb\u63a5\u7d0d\u81ea\u5df1\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u64c1\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5e73\u975c\u8207\u5b89\u5be7\u3002<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><h4><strong> \u5171\u901a\u4eba\u6027(Common Humanity)<\/strong><\/h4><\/li><\/ol><p>\u6240\u6709\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u90fd\u6703\u5728\u5176\u4eba\u751f\u4e2d\u7d93\u9a57\u82e6\u75db\u3002\u4eba\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u7232\u4eba\uff0c\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4ed6\u662f\u8106\u5f31\u548c\u4e0d\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u5305\u542b\u627f\u8a8d\u4eba\u751f\u662f\u6709\u75db\u82e6\u548c\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u5168\u4eba\u985e\u5171\u901a\u7684\u3002 \u9019\u4e0d\u662f\u55ae\u7368\u53ea\u767c\u751f\u5728\u300c\u6211\u300d \uff08I\uff09\u7368\u55ae\u4e00\u4eba\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u300c\u6211\u5011\u300d\uff08We\u5168\u4eba\u985e\uff09\u90fd\u6703\u9047\u4e0a\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u5171\u901a\u672c\u8cea\u3002\u9019\u4fc3\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u6e1b\u5c11\u7121\u76ca\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u6279\u8a55\uff0c\u4ee5\u95dc\u61f7\u548c\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u5fc3\u5c0d\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1\u3002<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><h4><strong> \u975c\u89c0\u7576\u4e0b(Mindfulness)<\/strong><\/h4><\/li><\/ol><p>\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u8981\u6c42\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u8f03\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u7684\u300c\u8ca0\u9762\u60c5\u7dd2\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u5b83\u5011\u5c31\u4e0d\u6703\u88ab\u58d3\u6291\u6216\u8a87\u5927\u3002\u95dc\u9375\u5728\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5c07\u7576\u4e0b\u53d7\u82e6\u7684\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u8ddf\u90a3\u4e9b\u540c\u6a23\u906d\u53d7\u82e6\u75db\u7684\u4eba\u806f\u7e6b\u8d77\u4f86\uff1b\u65bc\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u4ee5\u66f4\u5ee3\u95ca\u7684\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u770b\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u73fe\u72c0\u3002<\/p><p>\u975c\u89c0\u7576\u4e0b\u662f\u4e0d\u5e36\u6279\u5224\u5730\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a5\u7d0d\u7684\u5fc3\u89ba\u5bdf\u6211\u5011\u7684\u601d\u60f3\u548c\u60c5\u7dd2\uff1b\u5982\u5176\u6240\u662f\uff0c\u4e0d\u6297\u62d2\u9003\u907f\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u8ff7\u5931\u9677\u5165\u3002\u80fd\u76f4\u8996\u4eba\u751f\u7684\u82e6\u75db\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u6211\u5011\u66f4\u80fd\u751f\u51fa\u95dc\u61f7\u7684\u52d5\u529b\u3002\u8207\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u975c\u89c0\u8981\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u8981\u904e\u5ea6\u6c89\u8ff7\u65bc\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u6216\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u6211\u5011\u6703\u88ab\u8ca0\u9762\u53cd\u61c9\u7d81\u67b6\u548c\u64c4\u8d70\u3002\u56e0\u7232\u6211\u5011\u9858\u610f\u4ee5\u958b\u653e\u548c\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u5fc3\uff0c\u53bb\u89ba\u5bdf\u6211\u5011\u7684\u601d\u7dad\u8207\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u624d\u80fd\u771f\u6b63\u5730\u770b\u6e05\u695a\u5b83\u5011\u3002<\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u5b78\u7fd2\u975c\u89c0\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\uff0c\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u6709\u751a\u9ebd\u5e6b\u52a9\uff1f<\/span><\/h3><p>2009\u5e74\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u5df2\u6709400\u591a\u9805\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u975c\u89c0\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u5c0d\u4eba\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u5e78\u798f\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u4fc3\u9032\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u6539\u5584\u5fc3\u7406\u548c\u8eab\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u6539\u5584\u793e\u4ea4\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u66f4\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u95dc\u9867\u5225\u4eba\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u500b\u4eba\u89ba\u5bdf\u529b\u3001\u63d0\u5347\u60c5\u7dd2\u5f48\u6027\uff08\u6297\u632b\u529b\uff09\u548c\u6574\u9ad4\u751f\u6d3b\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\uff1b\u4e5f\u6709\u52a9\u964d\u4f4e\u7126\u616e\u3001\u6291\u9b31\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u5fc3\u7406\u5275\u50b7\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b>\u751a\u9ebd\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u5b78\u7fd2\u975c\u89c0\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\uff1f<\/b><\/span><\/h3><ul><li>\u7d93\u5e38\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u4e0d\u6eff\u81ea\u8cac\u3002<\/li><li>\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u932f\u8aa4\u6216\u5f31\u9ede\u601d\u616e\u904e\u591a\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u77e5\u9053\u9019\u4e9b\u601d\u616e\u7121\u88dc\u65bc\u4e8b\uff0c\u4f46\u537b\u505c\u6b62\u4e0d\u4e86\u3002<\/li><li>\u5373\u4f7f\u8868\u73fe\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u4e5f\u5bb3\u6015\u5931\u6557\u8207\u88ab\u5225\u4eba\u62d2\u7d76\u3002<\/li><li>\u60c5\u7dd2\u4f4e\u843d\u6216\u906d\u9047\u632b\u6298\u6642\uff0c\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u56b4\u53b2\u82db\u8cac\uff0c\u4e0d\u61c2\u300c\u9ad4\u8ad2\u300d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8271\u96e3\u548c\u9650\u5236\u3002<\/li><li>\u7fd2\u4ee5\u70ba\u5e38\u5730\u4ee5\u6ce0\u9177\u7121\u60c5\u7684\u6279\u8a55\u614b\u5ea6\u4f86\u6fc0\u52f5\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u537b\u6f38\u611f\u7cbe\u75b2\u529b\u7aed\u3002<\/li><li>\u53ea\u61c2\u4ed8\u51fa\uff0c\u800c\u5ffd\u8996\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u6f38\u611f\u529b\u6709\u4e0d\u902e\u3002<\/li><\/ul><h3><span #ff6600;\">\u751a\u9ebd\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b78\u7fd2\u975c\u89c0\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\uff1f<\/span><\/h3><p>\u5118\u7ba1\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u7684\u7642\u6108\u6548\u7528\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u300c\u975c\u89c0\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u300d\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u751f\u547d\u5b78\u7fd2\u3001\u751f\u6d3b\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u4e00\u7a2e\u5fc3\u7406\u6cbb\u7642\u3002\u5b78\u7fd2\u300c\u975c\u89c0\u81ea\u6211\u95dc\u61f7\u300d\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u4efb\u4f55\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u3001\u91ab\u5b78\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5c08\u696d\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u5b78\u7fd2\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u975c\u89c0\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p><p>\u6211\u5011\u76f8\u4fe1\uff1a\u8981\u61c2\u5f97\u7167\u9867\u548c\u95dc\u611b\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u624d\u6709\u529b\u91cf\u9577\u671f\u5730\u7167\u9867\u548c\u95dc\u611b\u5225\u4eba\u3002<\/p><h3
